About the Role:- You will support adults with intellectual disabilities and autism in their daily lives.
- You will collaborate with the team leader, multidisciplinary teams, and families to ensure positive behavior and person-centered supports.
- You will deliver high-quality services that promote a good quality of life for individuals.
- You will deliver person-centered supports to individuals with intellectual disabilities.
- You will work collaboratively with the team leader and multidisciplinary teams.
- You will participate in training and professional development opportunities to enhance your skills and knowledge.
- You will contribute to the development of individualized plans for each service user.
- You will engage with family members and carers to promote a collaborative approach.
- CORU registration or in the process of obtaining it.
- QQI Level 7 Bachelor of Arts in Applied Social Studies (Disability) or equivalent qualification.
- Previous experience supporting individuals with intellectual disabilities and autism.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
