Senior Analog Design Engineer Position

This is an exciting opportunity to join our team as a Senior Analog Design Engineer. We are looking for an experienced professional who will work closely with our Precision Studio team to enhance our precision software tools.

The Precision Studio team focuses on creating customer-facing tools that assist customers with common electronic engineering problems in the precision space (under 50 MHz). Examples of what we help with include driving precision ADCs, creating analog filters, designing transimpedance amplifiers, and more.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Solicit feedback from our sales team, customers, and business units by interacting with them.
  • Develop the engineering equations for the tool.
  • Create circuit diagram schematics.
  • Define web application user interfaces.
  • Define the modeling needed.
  • Determine project scope by dividing tasks into smaller stories for developers and modelers.
  • Verify and validate the software implementation meets expectations through testing.
  • Promote our tools by creating application notes, visiting customers, and providing training to our sales team.

About You:

  • You have a passion for analog electronics and want to further your skills in system-level design.
  • You strive for excellence in software development and take pride in delivering a great customer experience.
  • You enjoy gathering knowledge from various sources and synthesizing it into a coherent whole.
  • You are a self-motivated individual who can drive projects forward independently and overcome obstacles.

Requirements:

  • A minimum of 5 years of experience in electronic product design.
  • You have developed boards containing analog circuitry involving circuit design, layout, debug, and delivery to customers.
  • You have some background in software development, translating engineering equations into code and relating to software developers.
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Electronic Engineering or a related field.
