Job Title

A permanent, full-time Rigid Driver is required to deliver products to customers on designated routes.

The driver will be responsible for interacting with customers and colleagues in a professional manner and ensuring all calls on the route sheet are completed.

This role involves delivering excellent customer service and resolving any issues that may arise during the delivery process.

Duties and Responsibilities:
  1. Deliver products to customers at different locations
  2. Deal with clients face-to-face
  3. Ensure all calls on the route sheet are completed
  4. Interact with customers and colleagues in a professional and cheerful manner
  5. Complete customer requests in a timely manner
  6. Receive orders in a professional manner
  7. Report maintenance problems to the supervisor
  8. Keep the vehicle clean inside and out
  9. FOLLOW safety regulations and precautions
  10. Wear Personal Protective Equipment as required
  11. Perform other related work as required
Requirements:
  • CPC card
  • Full Clean C Licence
  • Driver & Tacho Card
  • Fluency in written and spoken English
  • Excellent customer service skills
