Job Description

As a strategic health and safety leader, you will play a key role in driving the development of our SHE department. You will help maintain and continuously improve our company's excellent health and safety, environmental and sustainability records by:

  • Ensuring compliance with all relevant SHE legislation and standards across company sites.
  • Providing SHE advice, support, and guidance to staff members.
  • Acting as the key point of contact for all SHE matters.

You will lead the management and maintenance of our SHE systems to ISO 45001 and 14001 standards, aligning with construction industry requirements. You will also identify, organize, and where necessary, deliver SHE training, investigate incidents, accidents, and near misses, ensuring accurate reporting, analysis, and corrective action.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement comprehensive SHE strategies.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of SHE practices.
  • Lead incident investigations and develop mitigation strategies.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • NEBOSH Diploma (or equivalent) certification.
  • Minimum of 5 years H&S/SHE experience within the construction sector.
