CNC Machinist Position

We are seeking a skilled CNC machinist to join our team and contribute to the development of precision machinery.

The ideal candidate will have strong knowledge of G-code, M-code, and CNC programming principles, as well as experience in setting up and adjusting complex machine tools.

  • Main Responsibilities:
  • Develop and modify CNC programs to meet quality standards.
  • Set up and configure CNC machines, including tool selection and fixture setup.
  • Inspect parts using callipers, micrometers, and CMMs to verify compliance with tolerances.
  • Troubleshoot machine and programming issues to improve efficiency and accuracy.
  • Collaborate with engineers, machinists, and quality control personnel to ensure seamless workflow.
  • Provide training and mentorship to junior machinists and operators.
Requirements and Qualifications
  • A minimum of 3 years of experience in 5-axis CNC machining is highly desirable.
  • Strong knowledge of G-code, M-code, and CNC programming principles is essential.
  • Familiarity with Mazak, DMG Mori, Chiron machines is beneficial but not required.
  • Knowledge of Hypermill software is advantageous but not necessary.
  • Familiarity with Heidenhain controllers is helpful but not essential.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team is vital.
