As a Senior Manager of Financial Reporting, you will be responsible for leading the delivery of accurate financial statements, coordinating audits, and ensuring compliance with GAAP across our investment funds in EMEA. You will oversee the design and improvement of the Financial Reporting operating model, foster a risk-mitigating control environment, and collaborate with fund accounting and other functions.

  2. Subject Matter Expert: Lead in financial statement production, support teams in compliance with IFRS, US GAAP, Lux GAAP, and technical queries. Ensure training on latest GAAP standards.">
  3. Client Financial Statements & Audits: Prepare financial statements, liaise with auditors, manage audit queries, and ensure quality control. Oversee work allocation and maintain departmental procedures.">
  4. Client Relationships: Develop and manage client relationships, ensuring service excellence.">
  5. Sales Support: Provide technical expertise for sales processes.">
  6. Process Improvement: Review and enhance operating models and processes.">
  7. Regulatory Reporting: Ensure compliance with Irish regulatory filings and returns.">
  8. People Management: Conduct appraisals, provide training, succession planning, and ensure HR policies are followed.">

  • A proven track record in financial reporting within funds or audit of fund clients.">
  • Experience in strategic or change management roles.">
  • An ACA qualification.">
