Culinary Team Member

We are seeking a talented and experienced chef to join our team in Dublin City Centre. This exciting opportunity allows the successful candidate to contribute to delivering outstanding dining experiences in a fast-paced environment.
As a key member of our kitchen team, you will be responsible for preparing and maintaining high-quality sauces, stocks, and reductions. You will also cook sautéed dishes with consistency in flavour and presentation.
Responsibilities:- Preparing and maintaining sauces, stocks, and reductions to the highest standard.
- Cooking sautéed dishes with consistent flavour and presentation.
- Contribute ideas to menu planning and bring creativity to daily specials.
- Stock control and rotation.
- Maintaining a clean and organized section and ensuring HACCP compliance.
- Controlling cost and minimizing waste.
- Training and supporting junior chefs in the section.
- Previous experience as a Chef Saucier, Chef de Partie, or similar role in a high-level kitchen.
- Valid work permit with documentation.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Organized with excellent attention to detail.
- Able to work in a fast-paced team environment.
- Willing to work flexible schedules including nights and weekends.
