Job Overview:

This is an exciting opportunity to work as a highly experienced Dental Practice Manager/Dental Nurse in our modern dental practice. We are seeking a talented professional to play a dual role, supporting both patients and the dental team.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide chairside assistance during various treatment procedures, anticipating patient needs and delivering support.
  • Collaborate with dentists to ensure smooth and efficient workflow, handling tasks such as patient charting and record-keeping.
  • Maintain a clean and organized dental surgery environment, adhering to strict infection control protocols.
  • Manage and decontaminate dental instruments, equipment, and materials for treatment.
  • Ensure adherence to health and safety policies and procedures.
  • Educate patients on oral hygiene practices and post-operative care instructions.
  • Assist with inventory management and ordering supplies as needed.
Essential Qualifications:
  • Excellent communication skills and a positive attitude.
  • A strong command of the English language (written and spoken).
  • Previous experience in management or healthcare preferred, but not essential.
  • Ability to manage an experienced team and handle business-related tasks.
  • Knowledge of Human Resources and Health & Safety principles.
