We're seeking a skilled EMEA Business Development Specialist to join our dynamic team at Abrivia. As a Business Development Specialist, you will be responsible for engaging with enterprise clients, understanding their business needs, and showcasing how innovative solutions can drive growth and success.
This role offers exciting opportunities for career progression, comprehensive training, and the chance to earn uncapped commission in a fast-paced, rewarding environment.
Key responsibilities include developing outreach strategies that address market needs and challenges, contacting potential clients through calls and professional networks, and identifying and exploring new business opportunities in target industries.
You'll build and maintain strong relationships with internal stakeholders, present the value of innovative solutions to potential clients, and set up meetings or calls for senior sales representatives.
Achieving performance targets, including lead generation and sales goals, is critical for this role. Staying up-to-date on product knowledge and industry trends is also essential.
To succeed as a Business Development Specialist, you need fluency in French and English (spoken and written), enthusiasm for sales and professional development, excellent communication skills, and a results-driven mindset.
Experience in sales or business development, familiarity with CRM systems and sales tools, and a proactive approach to finding and nurturing leads are all highly valued.
