Business Developer Role Overview

We are seeking a highly driven Business Developer to join our team.

  • This is an exciting opportunity for the right candidate who thrives in a competitive environment and has a can-do attitude.

The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining regular contact with specified outlets within their agreed geographical area, improving/maintaining existing client share of space, distribution, and displays within these outlets, and identifying and maximizing further display opportunities within the outlets.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Maintain regular contact with specified outlets within your agreed geographical area.
  • Improve/maintain existing client share of space, distribution, and displays within these outlets.
  • Identify and maximize further display opportunities within the outlets.

In return, you will receive a comprehensive benefits package including an annual base salary, bonus structure, lunch allowance, company car and fuel card, phone and tablet supplied, and other expenses receipted.

Requirements:
  • A proven track record of success in business development or a related field.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • A strong understanding of the confectionary industry.
Benefits:
  • Annual base salary: €30,000
