Finance Administrator Role Overview

We are seeking a skilled Finance Administrator to join our team in Dublin.

About the Position

This role is focused on delivering high-quality financial services and providing administrative support to our finance team.

Main Responsibilities
  • Cash Reconciliation

Preparation of firm cash reconciliations, ensuring accuracy and completeness of financial records.

Reconciliation Issues Resolution

Investigation and resolution of reconciliation issues in collaboration with internal teams, utilizing strong analytical skills.

Financial Statement Support

Assistance in preparing and delivering IFRS statutory financial statements for the Group, maintaining compliance with regulatory requirements.

Liquidity Reporting

Creation of commentary on large capital and liquidity reporting movements, providing valuable insights to stakeholders.

Audit Support

Support for audit file preparation and compilation of audit requests, ensuring seamless execution of audit processes.

Requirements
  • 1-2 years of experience in the financial services sector is an advantage
  • Strong background in reconciliation and control processes
  • Attention to detail and accuracy
  • Confidence in interacting with peers and other teams
  • Proficiency in MS Excel, MS Word, and MS Outlook
