Job Description:

Our company is seeking a highly skilled sales professional to join our team as a Home Energy Upgrade Sales Consultant. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities in the home energy upgrade market.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Build relationships with prospective customers through inbound leads, events, and referrals.
  • Conduct virtual consultations to assess home energy needs and recommend tailored solutions.
  • Develop a deep understanding of energy upgrade products and services, including financing and government incentives.
  • Meet or exceed sales targets by delivering compelling sales presentations and guiding customers through the decision-making process.

Requirements:

- Proven experience in sales, preferably in energy, home improvement, or a related industry
- Understanding of energy efficiency products (solar, insulation, and heat pumps or a willingness to learn)
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to explain technical concepts in a simple and compelling manner
- Customer-centric approach with strong problem-solving abilities
- Familiarity with CRM tools to track leads and sales activities
