Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and configure Oracle Cloud Payroll solutions to meet client needs
  • Lead pre-sales engagements and provide product credibility and expertise
  • Mentor and coach junior team members

Requirements:

  • Expertise in Oracle HCM Cloud – UK Payroll (Essential)
  • Configuration skills in Fast Formula, element design, payroll process flows, and calculation cards
  • OTBI Reporting knowledge/SQL Knowledge
