Seasonal Luxury Sales Consultant

Molton Brown is seeking dedicated individuals to join us as temporary sales consultants in our Kildare store until the end of December 2025. This seasonal role offers a unique chance to gain experience in the luxury retail industry and make a positive impact on customers during the holiday season.
About the RoleYou will be the face of our brand, providing excellent customer service and product knowledge to create a personalized shopping experience for our customers. You will guide the customer journey from start to finish, including delivering sensorial experiences through services such as fragrance consultations or hand and arm massages. Additionally, you will assist the team with general store tasks such as stock management, cleaning, and replenishment.
Requirements and QualificationsWe welcome applicants with or without retail experience who possess excellent communication skills, demonstrate confidence, and have a positive can-do attitude. A high standard of personal grooming and a passion for luxury are also essential. The role requires teamwork, motivation to achieve sales targets, and flexibility to suit business needs.
