Chief Service Ambassador

At our esteemed establishment, we are seeking a highly motivated and experienced hospitality professional to join our dynamic Food & Beverage team.

The successful candidate will possess strong organisational skills and a commitment to delivering exceptional guest experiences.

• Greet all guests warmly and provide gracious, courteous, and helpful service to guests and colleagues.
• Collaborate across departments to foster a positive work environment and coordinate seating with wait staff and manage guest flow.
• Respond to guest inquiries in a professional and timely manner and maintain and update the reservation system daily.
• Support wait staff during busy periods as needed and ensure seamless delivery of outstanding customer service.

Key Requirements:

A minimum of 2 years experience in customer service and/or hotel industry is essential.

Proficiency in Table Path reservation system is preferred, along with strong computer literacy and fluency in English.

Flexibility in working hours and a positive, team-oriented approach are also required.
