Job Description
As a Network Engineer, you will be responsible for designing, implementing, and maintaining secure network platforms, servers, and infrastructure. Your primary focus will be on ensuring the continuous operation of these systems and providing expert-level support to ensure business continuity.

Responsibilities:
1. Manage the lifecycle of infrastructure, including specification, installation, configuration, monitoring, and maintenance of platforms, servers, and networks.
2. Collaborate with local IT departments, sister companies across Europe, and technical partners to ensure infrastructure alignment and harmonization.
3. Troubleshoot and resolve incidents, including vendor management and liaison with all members of IT and local maintenance departments.
4. Oversee the administration of VMWare ESX/vSphere, SAN, and related equipment (HP or NetApp).
5. Manage Cisco infrastructure, SD-WAN, leased lines, and VPNs.
6. Ensure incident management within an ISO27001-based environment.
7. Participate in business continuity planning and hardware management.

Requirements:
1. At least 3 years of experience in administering complex infrastructure environments.
2. Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or Information Systems or equivalent experience.
3. Knowledge of security auditing and vulnerability scanning.
4. Strong technical documentation skills.
5. Experience with VMWare ESX/vSphere and ideally VCP certified.
6. Familiarity with HP SAN technologies, such as 3Par, Nimble, and Primero.
7. Networking certification.

Advantageous Experience:
1. Management of plant rooms and small datacentres.
2. Related certifications, such as ITIL, project management, LEAN, etc.
