About Our Investment Team

We are seeking an experienced Business Analyst to join our investment team and contribute to the success of our operations.

The successful candidate will be responsible for driving efficiencies, cleaning up data, and identifying opportunities to streamline data integration using Power BI. They will also engage with product owners and end users to capture business needs and translate them into actionable requirements.

  • Business Analysis - Develop and implement business solutions that drive growth and efficiency.
  • Requirement Gathering - Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and document business requirements.
  • Documentation & Specification Writing - Create clear and concise documentation to ensure clarity in system enhancements.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration - Work closely with developers, testing teams, infrastructure specialists, and other business analysts to ensure smooth implementation of investment-related projects.
  • Testing & Quality Assurance - Support system testing, user acceptance testing (UAT), and defect resolution to maintain delivery quality.
  • System & Data Management - Provide insights into investment processes by leveraging financial data tools such as Bloomberg, Reuters, and SQL-based analysis.
  • Regulatory Compliance & Risk Management - Ensure adherence to internal guidelines and regulatory policies in investment operations.
  • Project Coordination - Oversee multiple project deliveries, ensuring they align with business objectives and timeline expectations.
About You

We are looking for someone with a proven track record in business analysis within banking/investment operations. The ideal candidate will have 5+ years of experience and a strong background in financial services, including exposure to front office workflows.

  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to troubleshoot and resolve root cause issues.
  • Excellent communication skills, engaging effectively with stakeholders at multiple levels.
  • Ability to work independently and within teams to drive business solutions.
