Job Title:

Process Development Manager

About the Role:

The Process Development Manager will lead the development and characterization of critical process steps in medical device manufacturing, focusing on laser welding and soldering techniques.

  • Liaise with cross-functional teams to establish and implement process validation plans that comply with regulatory standards.
  • Develop and execute process characterization tools for medical device processes, ideally experienced in yag laser welding and soldering.
  • Analyse data and identify opportunities for process improvement to enhance yield and efficiency.
  • Drive corrective actions and process enhancements based on findings from characterization and validation efforts.

This role requires a dynamic individual with strong technical acumen, exceptional interpersonal skills, and a proactive approach to project management.

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Engineering or equivalent required. Minimum 10-15 years' experience in a similar role. Deep experience with Design of Experiments, statistical methods.
