About the Role
This is a unique opportunity to join our team in TN Ireland and contribute to the delivery of our global health and safety strategy. You will work closely with our regional HSE team and site leadership to implement and integrate health, safety, and environment standards, systems, and initiatives.
Your Key Responsibilities
- Provide proactive, efficient, and professional HSE advice, coaching, and support to operational and functional teams.
- Work with the Ireland HSE Manager to communicate and drive compliance with HSE standards to ensure a safe working environment.
- Support the effective management of health, safety, and environment at an operational level within the Tullamore facility.
- Coach and support managers and employees at all levels to ensure they are aware of their HSE responsibilities.
- Ensure the effective local implementation of the STERIS HSE strategy, standards, culture, and systems.
About Your Skills and Qualifications
We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced HSE professional who can bring new ideas and perspectives to our team. You will need to have a strong background in health and safety, with a minimum of 3-5 years' experience in a similar role.
