Job Role Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Tig Welder to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for performing high-quality TIG welding, cutting, and fabrication tasks on stainless steel pipework.

The role involves fabricating, modifying, and assembling stainless steel frames, including the welding of bracketry and cable containment. Additionally, the candidate will be required to install and fit pipework and components to skid units, as well as cement ABS/PVC pipework as needed.

Key responsibilities include operating, programming, and troubleshooting orbital welding machines for hygiene pipework, inspecting and resolving issues related to weld quality or machine problems, and working on fabrication tasks and assisting with other duties as required.

This position requires occasional travel to customer sites across Ireland, the UK, or EU for troubleshooting and installations.

  • 1-2 years' relevant experience or completion of a craft certificate is preferred
  • Previous experience in TIG welding and/or mechanical fitting is advantageous
  • Good spoken and written English skills are essential
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Flexibility with duties and willingness to travel when required
