- Participate in ongoing training and development opportunities to enhance skills and knowledge, staying up-to-date with industry trends and best practices.\
- Flexible to work weekdays and weekends as needed, demonstrating a willingness to adapt to changing business requirements.\
- Previous experience in a café, restaurant, or customer-facing role is an advantage, but not essential.\
- Friendly, reliable, and good with people, with a strong ability to work well under pressure and as part of a team.\
- Barista training or coffee knowledge is a bonus, but full training will be provided to support your growth and development in the role.\
