We are seeking a skilled Clinical Nurse Manager to join our team at a hospital in Westmeath. The successful candidate will have a strong background in infection control, leadership, and nursing management. Key responsibilities include developing and implementing infection control strategies, leading a team of nurses, and collaborating with other departments.
**Key Responsibilities:**
- Develop and implement infection control strategies to minimize the risk of infections
- Lead and manage a team of nurses to deliver high-quality patient care
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless delivery of services
- Maintain accurate records and reports on infection control activities
**Requirements:**
- Registered General Nurse qualification and registration with the NMBI
- Infection control qualification and experience in IPC
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Minimum 5 years post-registration experience
- Computer literacy
