About This Opportunity

Matrix Recruitment Group is currently recruiting for an Electrical Contract Administration Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will work closely with our client to ensure that their projects are delivered on time and within budget.

Key Responsibilities

Your main responsibilities will include:

  • Reviewing specifications and drawings to identify potential issues
  • Completing manual take-offs to estimate costs
  • Issuing requests for pricing to suppliers and sub-contractors
  • Collating and pricing day works sheets
  • Assisting in preparing variations and monthly applications
  • Carrying out site progress measures
  • Maintaining project variation registers
  • Preparing monthly internal costs reports
  • Attending client meetings

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A qualified electrician background
  • QS degree
