
Chief Strategic Planner

This is a senior leadership position responsible for overseeing the planning function across multiple regions. The role involves leading a team of planners and driving strategic planning excellence.
Key Responsibilities- Lead and manage a team of planners to ensure effective planning processes are in place.
- Develop, implement, and maintain project programmes using Asta Powerproject, Primavera P6, and MS Project.
- Provide strategic guidance on project controls, sequencing, resource planning, and critical path analysis.
- Oversee programme risk management and mitigation strategies.
- Produce high-quality reports, dashboards, and progress updates for senior leadership and clients.
- Support bid and tender submissions with accurate and competitive programme development.
- Drive best practice and continuous improvement across the planning function.
The ideal candidate will have 10+ years' experience in planning/project controls within construction and strong technical proficiency in Asta Powerproject, Primavera P6, and MS Project.
