Nursing Practice Developer - Enhancing Patient Outcomes


About the Role:

This exciting opportunity involves working with nursing staff to develop and implement practice development initiatives that improve patient outcomes and enhance the nursing experience.

The ideal candidate will possess a background in nursing, significant experience in education and practice development, and excellent communication and interpersonal skills. A Master's degree in Nursing or a related field is highly desirable.


Main Responsibilities:

  • Designing and delivering education programs for nursing staff
  • Collaborating with multidisciplinary teams to develop and implement practice development initiatives
  • Evaluating the effectiveness of practice development initiatives and identifying areas for improvement
