Your Day-to-Day:
  1. Responsible for enhancing and developing financial management reports, ensuring high quality and accuracy of data.
  1. Collaborate with stakeholders to gather information and identify reporting requirements, translating them into IBM Planning Analytics planning system requirements.
  1. Support the financial planning process by running IBM Planning Analytics system update processes, version control, issue triage, and resolution coordination.
  1. Implement Finance report automation, consolidation, and self-service, actively reducing Excel spreadsheet-based budgeting and forecasting processes.
  1. Perform technical enhancements and developments to IBM Planning Analytics, including UAT testing.
  1. Support the Finance community in getting the most out of our IBM Planning Analytics system through training, knowledge-sharing, and system demonstrations.
  1. Work closely with Finance Systems accountants and IBM Cognos Analytics Manager to maintain accurate reporting hierarchies.
  1. Create and maintain up-to-date documentation on system processes related to budgeting and forecasting.
