Job Overview
As a Dutch Customer Service Specialist, you will play a key role in delivering exceptional customer experiences. Your primary responsibility will be to process all orders received via CRM systems, ensuring timely and accurate fulfillment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Process all orders received via CRM systems.
- Communicate proactively with internal and external customers regarding order status.
- Review and maintain customers' open orders on a daily basis.
- Investigate and resolve order processing issues reported by customers, working cross-functionally with other departments.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure accuracy of data maintained on SAP.
- Keep customer account changes up-to-date and communicate these changes to the commercial sales team.
- Stay up-to-date on products, inventory levels, special requirements, and promotions communicated from various departments to support delivery of an excellent customer service.
- Regularly communicate with the Team Lead on all changes, issues, and potential concerns related to any customer accounts.
- Work with the central warehouse and/or supply chain team regarding inventory, escalations, and customer inquiries.
- Ensure compliance with and execution of applicable Quality Management System (QMS) processes to deliver an excellent customer experience.
Requirements:
- Previous customer service experience is desired, preferably in the healthcare industry, but not essential.
- Fluency in Dutch and English is essential; fluency in French would also be beneficial.
- Proficiency in MS Office programs such as Word, Excel, and Outlook, and comfort with IT systems.
- SAP or other ERP system experience would be a significant advantage.
