Salary
This role offers a highly competitive salary of €64,123 - €74,738 per annum, pro rata, along with 33 days of annual leave entitlement, providing a great work-life balance.
Job Description
To deliver expert Occupational Therapy services, including cutting-edge interventions, to support therapists, service users, and families in CHO6.
The post holder will take on a leadership role within their specialism, leveraging their clinical expertise to mentor and guide colleagues, while maintaining a comprehensive clinical caseload on the Children's Disability Network Team.
The post holder will engage in ongoing audits and relevant work-related research/evaluation projects, driving continuous improvement in their clinical field.
Required Skills and Qualifications
The ideal candidate will possess:
- Active registration on the Occupational Therapists Register maintained by the Occupational Therapists Registration Board at CORU
- Extensive post-qualification clinical experience, with a strong focus on the required area of specialism
- A distinguished record of clinical achievement
- Ongoing professional development and practice relevant to the required area of specialism
- Proven accomplishment in clinical audit, quality improvement initiatives, practice development, teaching, and research
- An impressive skill set and knowledge base suitable for the duties of the position
