Your role involves overseeing the delivery of exceptional client service and monitoring the quality of services provided to key clients. This includes formulating and implementing key client service programs, ensuring awareness of all key client requirements through internal liaison, and visiting clients periodically to evaluate service quality and identify client priorities.
You will also assist in the resolution of complex client issues, manage escalations and complaints within the team and department, and train assigned Account Managers in the successful running of their teams. Additionally, you will participate in the review of procedures and policies, supervision of Managers, and client conference calls.
The ideal candidate will have a BBS in Accounting/Finance or related discipline, professional accounting designation (ACA CIMA, ACCA), and 7-10 years of experience in Financial Services, preferably with exposure to Product Control, Operations or Fund Accounting environments within PE.
You will demonstrate strong technical knowledge of Private Equity Fund Accounting, skills in negotiation, business planning and budgeting, margin analysis, rating agency relations and technical accounting. Familiarity with Investran or other Private Equity software packages is highly advantageous.
As a leader, you will be responsible for developing/implementing/optimising business processes and projects, having knowledge of International GAAP/IFRS Accounting Principles, and possessing strong leadership skills with supervisory experience. You will also possess superior written and verbal communication skills and advanced computer skills (Microsoft Excel).
