We are seeking a skilled Maintenance Electrician to join our team. The ideal candidate will work independently, reporting to the Maintenance Manager, to ensure efficient operation and maintenance of electrical systems across multiple store locations.

• Perform electrical maintenance, repairs, and fault-finding on commercial properties.
• Carry out planned preventative maintenance (PPM) and reactive and emergency maintenance tasks.
• Diagnose and resolve electrical issues, including power outages, tripping circuits, and faulty wiring.

The successful candidate will conduct small to medium-sized electrical repairs and installations, such as equipment installation, upgrading fans, motors, and pumps for improved energy efficiency. They will also perform routine inspections and maintenance on electrical systems, HVAC, Building Management Systems (BMS), and fire alarm systems.

Maintaining accurate records of maintenance work and ensuring compliance with safety regulations is crucial for this role. Additionally, the Maintenance Electrician will work flexible hours, including outside regular trading hours when necessary, and participate in an on-call roster to address urgent maintenance needs.
