Quality Technician
About the RoleThis is a highly rewarding role for an individual with excellent analytical skills and attention to detail. As a Quality Technician, you will play a key part in ensuring that our products meet the highest standards of quality.
Key Responsibilities- Solid Process Knowledge: Develop and implement process improvements to enhance overall product quality.
- Testing and Validation: Conduct regular testing and validation activities to ensure compliance with specifications and regulatory requirements.
- Audit and Compliance: Perform internal audits to verify adherence to established quality procedures.
- Documentation and Reporting: Maintain accurate records and prepare reports on quality-related issues and process improvements.
- Continuous Improvement: Identify areas for improvement and implement changes to optimize processes and quality outcomes.
The ideal candidate will possess a minimum NFQ Level 6 Certificate/Diploma in Science or Engineering, or relevant work experience. They should also be proficient in MS Office applications, have good communication skills, and be able to write clear, concise procedures and training documents.
Desirable Qualifications
- Medical Device Experience: Previous experience working within a medical device manufacturing environment is highly desirable.
- Problem-Solving Skills: A solid understanding of problem-solving techniques and methodologies is essential for this role.
- Communication and Influencing Skills: The ability to communicate effectively and influence others is crucial for success in this position.
