Chief AI Innovation Officer

We are seeking a highly skilled professional to join our AI team. The ideal candidate will have expertise in cloud-native technologies, with a strong passion for creating platforms and communities that accelerate business success using AI.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead the development of cutting-edge AI products, working closely with cross-functional teams to deliver new features and improve existing ones.
  • Collaborate with the AI team to drive the adoption of machine learning training, continual learning, and reinforcement learning techniques across the product portfolio.
  • Influence MLOps communities, embracing an upstream first mindset to shape the next generation of MLOps platforms.
  • Liaise with stakeholders and cross-functional teams to ensure non-functional requirements, including security, resiliency, and maintainability, are met.
  • Develop and maintain high-quality code, following CI/CD best practices to deliver solutions as productization efforts into AI products.
Requirements
  • Advanced experience in Python and Go, with a strong understanding of cloud-native technologies such as Kubernetes and OpenShift.
  • Ability to quickly learn, adapt, and guide others on using new tools and technologies.
  • Proven ability to innovate and stay at the forefront of technology, with a passion for exploring emerging AI technologies relevant to software development.
  • Experience providing technical leadership in a global team and delivering on a vision.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to communicate effectively to stakeholders and team members.
