We are seeking a qualified Validation Quality Professional to support the qualification of new tools and product introductions on-site at a medical device manufacturing facility.
Key Accountabilities:- Develop and execute process validation protocols and reports for new product introductions and revalidations, using scientific and technical knowledge.
- Participate in site change control processes and ensure effective implementation of validated process changes.
- Generate risk assessments related to cleaning, validation, and processes.
- A degree in Engineering, Polymer Science, or equivalent Manufacturing experience.
- Experience in statistical analysis (Minitab), SPC, and validations is required.
- Strong interpersonal, communication, influencing, and facilitation skills are essential.
