**Job Title:** 2D Background Team Lead

Job Description:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to lead our 2D background team. As a key member of the production team, you will be responsible for overseeing the creation of high-quality backgrounds that meet our clients' expectations.

Your primary responsibilities will include assigning work to background artists, reviewing their output, and ensuring that it meets the required standards. You will also use your expertise to solve challenging aspects of the show and help keep the department on schedule and on deadline.

In this role, you will have the opportunity to work collaboratively with other members of the production team, including directors, producers, and artists, to bring your vision to life. Your strong leadership skills and ability to communicate effectively will be essential in leading a team of talented artists and managing multiple tasks simultaneously.
