Job Title

Programme Director for Sustainable Engineering Management


Key Responsibilities:
  • Oversee the delivery of assigned programmes in line with QQI and College standards.
  • Review programmes/modules annually to ensure academic integrity.
  • Maintain programme quality, engaging with industry to enhance teaching and learning opportunities.
  • Work closely with Admissions, Springboard Office, International Office, and Marketing to recruit learners.
  • Organize tutorials/lectures, manage programme committee meetings, and oversee learner and lecturer feedback.
Teaching and Support
  • Approximately nine hours of lecturing per week per semester on assigned modules within the Sustainable Engineering Management programme.
  • Supervise dissertations, participate in committees, and provide professional support to students.
  • Set, correct, and provide written feedback to learners.
Minimum Qualifications:
  • Relevant qualification at Master's level or above.
  • Knowledge and experience in a relevant subject area.
  • Experience in higher education programme management, lecturing, and academic leadership.
  • Good time management, organisational skills, and enthusiasm for the subject area.
