Warehouse Specialist

As a key member of our production team, we are seeking a highly organized and skilled Warehouse Specialist to manage the day-to-day operations of our warehouse.

The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring the efficient receipt, storage, and dispatch of goods while maintaining a safe and clean working environment. They will also collaborate with other departments to resolve any logistical issues that may arise.

This role requires a strong attention to detail, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work well under pressure. The ideal candidate will have previous experience in a similar role, preferably within a regulated industry, and hold a valid FLT license.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage the receipt, storage, and dispatch of goods in a timely and efficient manner.
  • Ensure a safe and clean working environment by adhering to GMP guidelines.
  • Collaborate with other departments to resolve logistical issues.
  • Provide accurate documentation and data entry as required.
Requirements:
  • Minimum 1 year's experience in a warehouse environment.
  • Familiarity with regulated warehouse settings.
  • Diligent with attention to detail, accurate data entry, and documentation skills.
  • Current valid FLT license (reach & Counterbalance preferable).
  • Flexible approach and a 'can-do' attitude.
  • Manual handling.
  • Computer literacy.
