Job Overview

We are currently seeking a skilled Maintenance Engineer to join our team.

  • Support daily operations of our semiconductor manufacturing facility with proven skills in effective problem solving, troubleshooting, and root cause failure analysis.
  • Lead cross-functional teams in a systematic approach to continuous improvement using data-driven analysis and decision making.
  • Drive continuous improvement of KPIs for semiconductor manufacturing equipment such as % Availability, Mean-Time-To-Repair (MTTR), & Mean-Time-Between-Failure (MTBF).
About the Role

This is a Monday-to-Friday-based role. The successful candidate will have the following:

  • 6-10 years of experience - Maintenance Technician or Engineer, ideally coming from a highly regulated environment or an Equipment Maintenance role within the Semiconductor industry.
  • Capable of demonstrating analytical troubleshooting methods (Root Cause Analysis, 8D Problem Solving, 5-why), and First Time Right repair skills.
  • Able to follow preventative maintenance and Standard Work procedures.
