  • The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring solutions adhere to present and future business objectives, managing key stakeholder relationships, and prioritizing system development tasks.

  • Lead all aspects of the scrum team deliverables, facilitating Scrum ceremonies during project initiation, planning, execution, and closure.
  • Take responsibility for ensuring that the Agile team applies best-of-breed software engineering practices, including test-driven development, continuous integration and deployment.
  • Represent the team through communication with key stakeholders, delivering projects on time, within budget, and to expected quality standards.
  • Work with business partners to translate business strategy into product backlog items, agree priorities with key leaders, and manage the project RACI log and budget.

Requirements

Minimum Requirements
  • A minimum of 8 years' experience in the IT industry, with at least 3 years as a Scrum Master on high-profile technical enterprise solutions.
  • Experience in managing multiple parties, communicating and influencing at all levels, planning and organizing resources, and developing milestone plans.
  • Strong knowledge of system architectures, software engineering, and DevOps/Agile practices, with excellent strategic thinking, collaboration, and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficient user of MS Office tools and Atlassian tools, including Confluence and Jira.
