• Main Duties:
• Assist with conferences and events within the hotel, providing exceptional service to guests and exceeding their expectations every time.
• Cater to the needs of guests, ensuring their satisfaction throughout their stay by providing attentive service and addressing any concerns or requests promptly and courteously.
• Transport luggage safely to and from guest rooms, providing a warm and welcoming experience for all guests.
• Provide guidance and assistance to guests regarding hotel amenities, facilities, and local attractions, enhancing their overall experience and creating a positive impression of the hotel.
• Set up conference rooms and event spaces according to specified layouts and requirements, ensuring seamless execution of events and meetings.
• Collaborate effectively with other departments, including housekeeping, front desk, and maintenance, to maintain high standards of service and operational efficiency.

• Excellent Communication Skills:
• Prior Experience as a Porter or Similar Role: Not Essential - Full Training Provided
• Flexibility to Work Mid-Week and Weekend Shifts:
