Job Overview

Key Responsibilities
  • Support engagements across clients in the delivery of change management, organisational design, engagement, business readiness, project management and support services.
  • Deliver high-quality work products within expected timeframes.
  • Cultivate and maintain trusted client relationships, representing the organisation with professionalism and establishing credibility.
Requirements
  • Minimum 2-4 years of experience; applicants will preferably have prior consulting experience in a client-facing role on large or complex transformation programmes.
  • Be degree qualified and have relevant people advisory professional experience.
  • Be professional, quickly establishing personal credibility and demonstrating expertise.
