Job Summary:
We are currently seeking a Client Services Executive to join our team in Cork. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, and have a strong background in financial services, preferably within a Financial Advisory firm or Life & Pensions Broker.

Responsibilities:
- Provide exceptional client service and support, responding promptly to queries and resolving issues efficiently.
- Assist in the preparation of financial plans, reports, and other documentation, utilizing expertise in financial planning software.
- Collaborate with financial advisors and other team members to ensure seamless service delivery, maintaining high standards of professionalism and integrity.

Requirements:
- QFA or APA qualification.
- 2-3 years relevant experience in a similar role, preferably within a Financial Advisory firm or Life & Pensions Broker.
- High level of attention to detail, with strong numerical skills, analytical and problem-solving abilities, and proficiency in MS Office and financial planning software.
