About Our Organisation

We are a leading recruitment agency seeking an experienced HR Business Partner to join our team. As an HR Business Partner, you will play a key role in supporting our clients' HR needs while contributing to our own internal HR initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

- Provide expert advice on employment law, agency employment law, and HR best practices to clients and internal stakeholders.

- Develop and implement HR strategies to drive business growth and success.

- Support the recruitment, selection, and onboarding processes to find top talent for our clients.

- Conduct investigations and conflict resolution while ensuring compliance with employment legislation and company policies.

- Analyse HR metrics and provide insights to inform strategic decision-making and drive business results.

Requirements

- Bachelor's degree in human resources or a related field with a strong background in employment law.

- Minimum of 5 years of HR experience, focusing on employee relations, talent management, and organisational development.

- Strong knowledge of employment and agency employment law with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

- Ability to build strong relationships with clients and internal stakeholders while possessing strong problem-solving and conflict resolution skills.

- Proficiency in HR software and Microsoft Office Suite with a full driver's license and willingness to travel as required.
