About the Role:This is a fantastic opportunity to work in a dynamic environment, providing exceptional service to our guests. As an Accommodation Assistant, you will be responsible for ensuring that all guest bedrooms are cleaned to the highest standard.
You will be working as part of a close-knit team, maintaining high levels of cleanliness and paying attention to detail. Your goal will be to maximize customer satisfaction by delivering exceptional service and exceeding guest expectations.
- Clean guest bedrooms according to hotel standards
- Maintain high levels of cleanliness
- Paying excellent attention to detail
- Maximize customer satisfaction by cleaning bedrooms to hotel standards
- Clean the corridor you work on and restock your trolley daily
- Clean public areas of the hotel to a high standard as required
To be successful in this role, you will need experience in a similar position, flexibility with working hours, including weekends and bank holidays. You should have a strong focus on delivering exceptional service and meeting guest expectations.
