- Stay current with the latest pension legislation and regulatory requirements.
- Build strong, long-term relationships with clients through regular communication and proactive service.
- Ensure all activities comply with relevant regulations and internal compliance procedures.

Essential Requirements- A QFA qualification (Qualified Financial Adviser) - essential.
- At least 2 years' experience selling pensions (not just pension administration).
- Proven ability to build rapport and maintain long-term client relationships.
- Strong commercial awareness and ability to identify growth opportunities.
- Excellent communication and organisational skills.
- A full clean driving licence.
