Requirements:
Proven experience as a chef de partie and above
Strong leadership and organizational skills
Track record of training and developing junior staff members
Excellent culinary skills with a passion for delivering fresh, high-quality dishes
Solid understanding of kitchen operations, including cost control and stock management
Up-to-date knowledge of food safety and hygiene regulations
