Nurse Educator

Overview of the Role:
The Clinical Nurse Education Facilitator will work as part of a dynamic team to manage the clinical educational needs within the Emergency Department in a children's health organization. The ideal candidate will be a highly skilled and experienced nurse who can demonstrate evidence of ongoing professional development and be registered on the relevant nursing register.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement effective education strategies to meet the clinical needs of the department
- Maintain accurate records of staff development and performance
- Foster a culture of continuous learning and improvement
Requirements:
- At least 5 years of post-registration experience, with at least 3 years working in the Emergency Department
- A Postgraduate Diploma in Paediatric Emergency Nursing or willingness to undertake same
