Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Real Estate Lawyer to join our growing team. Our Real Estate Practice Group is renowned for its quality of advice and service, market knowledge, and unrivalled relationships with key players in the marketplace.

The ideal candidate will have experience ranging from 2 to 4 years PQE and be able to work closely within a team of solicitors at all levels, from partners to trainees.

Responsibilities
  • Advise clients through every stage of the company life-cycle: Investment sales and acquisitions, Development deals, Lease transactions and portfolio management, and Real estate finance.
  • Act for domestic and international investors, financial institutions, developers, retailers, and owners/occupiers across the full range of commercial property transactions.
Requirements
  • Qualified candidates from 2 to 4 years PQE.
  • Ideal candidates come from large or medium corporate law firms.
  • Strong interpersonal and communications skills.
  • Strong team and collaborative skills.
  • Excellent organisational and prioritisation skills.
