Caregiver Position

As a professional caregiver, you will be working in a residential setting with young people and adults who have disabilities. Our partner organization provides a supportive environment where each service user can live their best life.This role involves delivering high-quality care and support services to individuals in need. We strive to create an environment where service users are at the centre of all activities.The key responsibilities of this position include:

• Providing person-centred care and support services
• Working collaboratively with colleagues to achieve positive outcomes
• Developing and maintaining relationships with service users and their families
• Participating in ongoing training and professional development
• Maintaining accurate records and reports as required

In order to succeed in this role, you should have a degree in Social Care or a related field such as Social Work, Psychology, Youth and Community, or Family Support. A minimum QQI Level 7 qualification is also acceptable. Students in their final year of a L8 degree in Social Care are encouraged to apply.We are looking for compassionate individuals who enjoy working with service users and supporting them in achieving their goals. A Full Clean Manual Driver's license is also required.
