Work Placement Programme

We are recruiting Student Engineers to join our Work Placement Programme in Cork. The programme is designed to provide students with the opportunity to gain real-world experience, develop their skills, and contribute to our business.

As part of the programme, you will be placed in projects where you will have the chance to work alongside experienced engineers. Your tasks may involve CAD design, programming advanced automation solutions, or conducting power system studies. You will also get to generate technical documentation, collaborate with our customers and suppliers, and participate in installation, testing, and commissioning activities.

The programme offers a unique opportunity to gain exposure to multiple engineering disciplines and technologies. You will have the chance to learn from industry experts who are passionate about mentoring and invested in your development. Our training programme includes e-learning and on-the-job experience, which will help you develop and grow your engineering skills.

  • Candidates should be able to complete tasks independently, capable of self-learning and prioritising work.
  • Excellent customer service, interpersonal, communication, and organisational skills are essential.
