Job Description

We're seeking an experienced professional to join our team as a Transaction Tax Assistant Manager / Manager. This role involves providing market-leading solutions for all tax aspects associated with mergers & acquisitions. You'll work closely with clients across various industries and collaborate with colleagues in broader Mergers and Acquisitions roles to deliver comprehensive service offerings and value to clients.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist with tax due diligence work streams for clients across all tax heads,
  • Support clients with both pre- and post-acquisition structuring,
  • Work closely with colleagues in broader Mergers and Acquisitions roles to deliver comprehensive service offerings and value to clients,
  • Liaise with clients and their legal advisors to achieve desired commercial outcomes while managing tax risk through contractual processes,
  • Review financial models from an Irish tax perspective to assist clients in evaluating commercial opportunities available from proposed investments,
  • Provide tax advice to clients on advisory projects.

Skills and Qualifications

  • 4+ years' experience in practice,
  • Qualified CTA and/or ACCA, ACA, or Solicitor,
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to understand complex tax matters.
